I'm a camp counselor and bought 24 of these for the cabin. We had a week of rainy weather and kids were climbing the walls, so I dumped the cubes in a bin and told them to squeeze. It actually worked — suddenly there were 24 kids quietly squishing on the porch instead of bouncing off the walls. The slow rise kept them occupied for way longer than I expected. At the end of the week every kid got to take one home. We've reordered for two summers running now. They hold up to sand, sunscreen, and being tossed into a backpack full of swimsuits. No leaking, no staining. Lifesaver for camp counselors.

Good 24-pack, slow rise is real. Only knock is the colors are all pretty muted — nothing bright. But for a bulk set that's fine, kids don't care. No strong smell, which I was worried about with 24 of them boxed up.

Slow rise is actually slow. Squeeze it flat and count to five before it comes back. Mesmerizing.
