Terms & Conditions
The rules that govern use of the Prism Point website, customer accounts, product information, order requests, payments, shipping, returns, and legal responsibilities.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using prismpointshop.com, a visitor agrees to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from the site. A person who does not agree should not use the site or submit an order.
2. Eligibility
Customers must have legal capacity to enter a purchase agreement and must use the site in compliance with applicable law. A parent or legal guardian is responsible for authorized use by a minor.
3. Accounts and credentials
Account information must be accurate and current. Customers are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and for activity performed through their accounts, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be assigned.
4. Product information
Prism Point aims to present accurate titles, images, prices, descriptions, and availability. Display colors and scale may vary by device, and supplied product information may be corrected when an error is discovered.
5. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change before an order is submitted. Applicable taxes and other required charges are calculated or shown during checkout when available.
6. Availability
Products remain subject to availability. Placement in a cart does not reserve inventory, and Prism Point may set reasonable quantity limits or decline orders that appear intended for unauthorized resale or misuse.
7. Order acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order request and does not necessarily mean final acceptance. Prism Point may accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order for lawful reasons, including inventory, pricing, address, verification, or fraud concerns.
8. Pricing and listing errors
If a material pricing, description, or availability error affects an order, Prism Point may contact the customer for instructions or cancel the affected item and provide any refund required for an amount already collected.
9. Payments
When payment methods are available, customers authorize the selected provider and Prism Point to process the amount shown at checkout. Payment-provider terms and security practices may also apply.
10. Shipping
Shipping availability, charges, address responsibilities, tracking, delivery estimates, and carrier issues are governed by the Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
11. Returns and refunds
Return requests, item condition, authorization, inspection, refund processing, and available remedies are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy, subject to applicable law.
12. Permitted site use
The site may be used for lawful personal shopping and information. Users may not interfere with operations, bypass security, scrape at unreasonable scale, introduce malicious code, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorized access.
13. Site content and intellectual property
Site text, branding, layout, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to Prism Point and are protected by applicable law. Limited personal viewing does not grant commercial reuse rights.
14. Messages and feedback
A customer retains ownership of original content submitted in support messages or feedback. The customer grants Prism Point permission to use that content as reasonably needed to answer the request, operate the service, and improve the store.
15. Third-party services and links
The site may link to or rely on carriers, payment providers, hosting providers, or other third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Prism Point does not control independent third-party operations.
16. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Prism Point is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from site use. Any limitation applies only to the extent legally enforceable and does not limit non-waivable rights.
18. Governing law, changes, and contact
