I have a whole shelf of axolotl stuff — plushies, mugs, stickers, the works — and this squishy might be my favorite. It's the right size to hold in one hand, the color is that perfect bubblegum pink, and the slow rise is actually slow. I squeeze it while I'm studying for exams and it's way better for stress than pacing around my apartment. It's survived being dropped, tossed, and sat on (oops). The little face details are printed on, not painted, so they haven't worn off after months of handling. If you're even casually into axolotls, this is a must.

Cute axolotl shape, slow rise is satisfying. Only reason it's not 5 is the little external gill details are softer than they looked in photos — they don't hold their shape as well as the body. Still, for a desk squishy it's perfect.

It's literally a tiny pink axolotl you can squish. What more do you want.
